Leslie is a Laboratory Technician, who is currently working on engineering natural variance in yeast to test its phenotypic effects. Before becoming a Lab Technician, Leslie was an undergraduate research assistant for two years where she worked on mapping the genetic basis of traits in a diverse yeast cross. She recently graduated from UCLA with a B.S. degree in Biology. Leslie’s long-term goal is to obtain a MD-PhD degree.
